Yes, but you cannot send a design to the machine and you cannot download a design to mySewnet Vault if the software is offline. 

 

Yes, as projects and designs are able to be saved to the mySewnet Vault, you can access your saved projects and images from any compatible computer or tablet that you can log in to your mySewnet account from.

  • Check that both computer or tablet are on the same WiFi network as the machine.
  • Try the manual WiFi setup. You can find the machine's IP address by clicking the gear in the upper right corner of the machine to get to the Settings.
    • Select WiFi and it will display the WiFi network and IP address of the machine
  • If you cannot connect to the machine using this process, you can always connect via USB cord.
  • Also confirm that you are using a 2.4 GHz, not 5 GHz

Yes, you can purchase individual designs and projects a la carte. 

No. Currently, embroidery designs cannot be sent to cut on the MOMENTO Craft Cutting machine.

They are similar, but cannot be used interchangeably. The embroidery software and designs are to be used with sewing machines. The new crafting software empowers your SINGER momento crafting machine.

No, if you purchase a copy of mySewnet Embroidery Software 2021 to own, you do not need a monthly subscription. Just simply create a free mySewnet Account and activate your copy to download and use it.

At the end of the purchased 12-month period, it will convert to a regular month-to-month Subscription at the same plan that you have originally purchased and at the standard Subscription rate. The Subscription will auto-renew every month thereafter like any other mySewnet Subscription.

However, you have the option to cancel anytime, and you also have the possibilty to purchase a new 12-month code from your dealer.

Yes, there is a full upgrade plan from older versions to the mySewnet Embroidery Software 2021. You can find all the information HERE.

You will need the machine serial number, brand and model. The date of purchase, dealer and region. You can register HERE.

Log in to your account and visit the All Products and Plans. From there you can change your plan. For upgrade of boxed software, please contact your dealer.

If you have a mySewnet Subscription, you can simply click on the ''paper plane'' icon to send the embroidery design between your mySewnet-enabled devices, mySewnet Library and mySewnet Embroidery Software.

If you want to combine several embroidery designs and edit them in mySewnet Embroidery Software, the best way is to save them all to mySewnet Cloud and access from there.

If you don't have a mySewnet Library Subscription, you can still buy individual embroidery designs from mySewnet Library, save them in the preferred format and transfer to your machine using USB device.

On the other hand, opting for a mySewnet subscription -- which starts at USD 9.99 $/month -- ensures you always have access to the latest version of the embroidery software, complete with regularly enhanced features.
