Fruit Plush Toys

Make a trio of fruit plush toys to decorate a child’s room.  Use your craft cutting machine to cut Heat Transfer Vinyl for the face details, as well as to cut the fruit shapes from fabric!  Stitch them up using your sewing machine.  They are easy to make, and a great way to use up small bits of leftover vinyl. 

What you will need

Machine:

• SINGER® MOMENTO
• Sewing Machine

Tools:

• Standard Grip Mat 12” x 12”
• Fabric Grip Mat 24” x 24”
• Basic Blade
• Rotary Blade
• Heat Press
• Weeding tool
• Heat Removable Fabric Pen
• Brayer
• Scissors
• Hand Sewing Needle

• Cotton Fabric in Green, Yellow and Red - ½ Yard (0.5m) for each toy
• Cotton Fabric Scraps in Green and Brown (for leaves and stems)
• Batting Scraps (for the leaves and stems)
• Fusible Interfacing - ½ Yard (0.5m) for each toy
• Heat Transfer Vinyl (Black)
• Heat Transfer Vinyl (White)
• Polyester Fiberfill Stuffing
